DESCRIPTION:
 We received a few reports of leaking oil filters from the field. After further investigation we identified the suspect oil filters fall within the October of 2021 date codes. The filters can leak at the rolled crimp on the outside of the filter.

CORRECTIVE ACTION:
 All 6929 and 12861 will need to be inspected to segregate the ones with the suspect date code. All filters with date codes starting with 10 of 21 will need to be destroyed. (Identify the 10 and 21…. 10XX21XX)
